"The product worked well and did exactly what I needed it to do for my down items, leaving them clean and refreshed. However, the packaging was quite poor and not up to the standard I expected. While it didn’t stop the product from working, it did affect the overall experience. Overall, it serves its purpose, but I’d like to see better packaging in the future."
