"I bought two winter jackets for our two girls: one from Kathmandu & one from MacPac (based on their preferences, not mine). Same price "on sale". The kids epiq is of superior quality, hands down. Yes, the fill could be a bit more plump and we did hear one complaint about it not being warm enough (we were driving in the car ar the time 🙄) but they're out & about with them on and take them to school each morning so it's safe to say they're becoming more receptive to the overwhelming struggle of having to put on one more layer each morning. At $99, I thought the price was fair. I wouldn't pay more, but hopefully it'll last a few winters as I went a size or two larger."

"Living in a windy, semi-alpine region and with young children who play, ride and adventure year round even on single digit and occasionally below zero mornings throughout winter, the kids and youth epiq jackets have become staple in their winter wardrobes. They run a little on the smaller size for our children’s ages, however we still get 2-3 seasons out of each size."
